Change is coming. For instance, we're now on the cusp of autumn – our short-lived British summer is drawing to an end and soon the leaves will change colour, the air even chillier than it has been in recent days, and the end of 2023 looming like a sunset on the horizon. Before we know it, we'll be digging out mittens and scarves and the clocks will change. There's a feeling of inevitability, whether we're ready for it or not - says the Lifestyle edit, editor, Kate Ng.
I have a few things that I would like to do or rather there are a few things I want to change or challenge myself with! I will let the world know in case it can benefit from them too or just wants to read for entertainment purposes...
Currently, I want to address a few things in life.
No 1. The 5 a.m. club
No 2. Workout
No 3. My 9 to 5
No 4. Nothing after 7 pm
No 5. The (My) Thesis
Meanwhile, I want a digital detox for a couple of days a week, and a coffee and chai detox for a week except a couple of days! Cause I know I am overdoing these.....
I will be publishing a series of blogs to tell you why am I doing them, whether was I able to do them and what was I trying to achieve through these changes.!
I feel like I need change...
And after all, change is the only constant, isn't it?
